Though QSUM has its very own means of sharing know-how among co-members through a range of programs, there was a large gap​ identified​ in public speaking and leadership skills which are required to compete and survive​ in the ​multinational market in UAE as well as to pass through various professional programs available for the Quantity Surveying profession. 

In order to overcome this issue, a well designed and time tested program called Toastmaster was initiated absolutely for QSUM members and their families. Now the One and Half year old QSUM Toastmasters club with more than Thirty members harvesting self-confident and successful Quantity Surveyors who had felt the difference inside them and lead the market while victorious in their personal life.
