A CPD organized by QSUM-UAE Chapter was successfully conducted by Ms. Thayuri Oshani Wijeweera on 10^th April 2015 at the Business Village, Dubai, UAE.

This seminar helped to create great awareness of grooming and etiquette skills among the participants which will certainly be beneficial to increase their poise and confidence to change the impact they make in any formal, professional or social situation.
